What should I do if I made a mistake in my delivery address? If you have made any mistake in the delivery address, please get in touch with us via email or call 1-855-569-2311 and we’ll look into it straight away. 

How do I make a return? You are welcome to return any products from your online purchases, unopened and within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

How long do refunds take? Refunds will be made in an average of 30 days following receipt of your package.
